Harmonization with Local Communities

Through development initiatives through PPP, PFI, etc., the Asset Management Company is revitalizing regions by effectively utilizing public land, etc. as well as engaging in area management using the comprehensive strengths of the Starts Group even after the development of facilities such as libraries, schools and childcare support facilities.
The Asset Management Company is also proactively engaged in efforts for safety and security.
